For clients outside Kenya

Based in Nairobi. Built for clients anywhere.

Design files travel instantly, so where you're based barely changes the process. Pricing shown in USD, deposits and balances paid securely by card, and if you want a physical print, we source it from a partner in your own country instead of shipping from Kenya.

Pay 40% by card

Deposit secures your project — priced and paid in USD.

Review digital renders

Preview images and files sent directly to you — nothing physical needs to cross a border yet.

Pay the balance

Remaining 60% by card, then your final files are released to you immediately.

Print locally, if wanted

We identify a 3D printing service in your own country and get you a direct quote — no shipping from Kenya.

Payment

Pay securely by card.

Deposits and balances from international clients are collected by card. Amounts vary by project, so we confirm the exact figure with you first — then send a secure payment link.

Terms are the same as everywhere else on this site: 40% deposit to start your design, 60% balance before final files are released. If you also want a print, that's billed separately and paid in full before the print run starts — see how printing quotes work.

Ready to pay a deposit or balance?

Tell us which project it's for and we'll send a secure card payment link.

Prefer PayPal or a bank transfer instead? Just mention it — we can usually arrange it.

3D printing, without the shipping

We don't ship prints from Kenya — we source one near you instead.

International shipping on physical prints tends to add cost, customs delays and risk of damage in transit. Instead, once your design is approved, we use your country and city to find a 3D printing service local to you and get a direct quote — you arrange pickup or local delivery with them.

What this means in practice

  • Your design files are yours to keep, in standard formats compatible with most print services worldwide
  • We help identify and get a quote from a print partner in your city or country
  • You pay that print partner directly, or through us — whichever's simpler for you
  • No customs paperwork or international courier fees on our end

Common questions

From clients outside Kenya.

Do you ship printed items to the USA or elsewhere?

No — instead of shipping from Kenya, we source a 3D printing partner in your own country once your design is approved, so you deal with someone local for the physical print.

How do I pay from outside Kenya?

By card, in USD. We confirm the exact deposit or balance amount for your project, then send you a secure payment link.

What time zone are you in?

Nairobi is East Africa Time (UTC+3). Use the live clock comparison at the top of this page to see what that means for your local time.

Can we still have a video call?

Yes — request a Google Meet with a couple of time options that work for you, and we'll confirm a slot and send the link.

What file formats will I receive?

Standard, widely compatible 3D formats appropriate to your use case (e.g. print-ready or production formats) — let us know your intended software or printer and we'll match it.

Is pricing different for international clients?

No — the same packages apply, just shown and paid in USD. See Packages & Pricing.
